Hammersmith was awarded the plan and spec contract to expand and renovate the existing FedEx location at 6600 Goreway Drive.
FedEx added 8,600 sq. m. to their already existing 8,914 sq. m., including a new mezzanine office area, new overhead doors with dock levelers, new interior parking, and an upgrade to the electrical service.
Renovations to the existing facility included new parking pads for tractors, relocation of the fencing and gate to the facility, new parking spaces on the exterior of the building, and a new gatehouse.
