This 25,000 sq. ft. Project included the build-out of state-of-the art Studios and Broadcasting Centre. Colourful lounges complimented administrative, private offices and Meeting facilities. A raised floor managed the large cable and technical requirements.
Hammersmith was retained as Construction Managers and, partnering with Quadrangle Architects, we worked hard to realize the client’s tight-budget restrictions whilst ensuring the design integrity.
The Project was successfully completed on time and on-budget.
