Hammersmith was selected to complete a retrofit of a two storey masonry heritage building at 15 Fraser Avenue for Deciem. The construction included working in close collaboration with the designer and client to perform structural repair, underpinning of existing columns, roof installation and carpentry due to existing wood structure. It also included the interior fit out of office space and manufacturing of cosmetics.
