Finished works included raising of the roof to create a new office pedestrian avenue, landlord’s improvements for multi-tenant office space including new washroom construction, new roof top equipment, new boiler and perimeter hot water heating, new lighting, new fire protection systems, upgrade to building hydro service, new staircases complete with extended balconies, polished concrete floor surfaces, hardwood flooring. Glass blasting of exposed wood beams and mill deck for open office functionality.
