The Ontario Head Office for Standard Life at 100 Sheppard Avenue East was a 70,000 sq. ft. project with interior alteration, encompassing three separate floors.
The project was carried out under an extremely tight schedule (12 weeks), and Hammersmith was awarded the construction contract after an extensive tendering process that was based on both prices and experience.
